Founded by Feray Tunç, Gio Mia brings together optical expertise, strategic positioning and a deep understanding of how people interpret visual signals.
Feray began her career in corporate brand management, spending eight years working across marketing, strategic growth, public relations and positioning. She later moved into the optical industry, building on a 45-year family heritage in optics, and ran her own independent practice, Akasyam Optik, in Istanbul for ten years.
Through more than 10,000 individual client consultations, she developed first-hand insight into how facial features, colour, eyewear and personal presentation influence confidence, trust and decision-making.
Her continued professional development includes executive education through Harvard Business School Online, alongside specialist training at the London College of Style. These experiences added further perspectives on leadership, strategy, colour and visual alignment to her commercial and optical foundation.
Today, Feray brings these disciplines together to help people choose eyewear that reflects not only how they look, but who they are and how they want to be perceived.
