This September, Vision Club brings together two complementary perspectives on leadership.
Hosted by Feray Tunç, Executive Authority and Perception Strategist and founder of Gio Mia, and featuring Philippa Fairbrother, Leadership Expert and founder of Satori People Development, this session explores the relationship between how we are perceived and how we lead ourselves and others.
Many capable professionals focus on developing expertise, yet opportunities are often influenced by something less visible: perception. Before people experience our capability, they experience our signals.
During this session, Feray will explore how perception shapes credibility, trust, visibility, and professional influence. Drawing on her work in executive authority and perception strategy, she will introduce practical insights from perception audits and explain how leaders can better align the way they are seen with the value they bring.
Philippa will focus on the foundations of inner leadership, exploring the mindset, self-awareness, confidence, and communication skills that help leaders navigate change, inspire others, and lead with authenticity.
